Are there booking fees on Jalan.net?
No. You typically pay only the listed room rate, with no added booking fee (aside from on-site optional services).
Is Jalan or Rakuten Travel cheaper?
It depends on the inn and timing. Jalan drops sharply during coupon campaigns; Rakuten Travel is strong on 5 & 0 days. Choose by the points you collect (Ponta/d vs Rakuten) and compare both before booking.
What points does Jalan earn?
Stays earn Ponta or d-points (you choose which). They're spendable on future bookings and at partner shops.
