Why we never take advertising money for articles
Plenty of review sites accept money or free products from manufacturers and write only the good parts. As consumers ourselves, we've stood in stores wondering, "Can I actually trust this rating?" That distrust is why this site exists.
Our only revenue is the referral commission earned when you buy through affiliate links (Rakuten, Amazon, Yahoo! Shopping) in our articles. We decline all sponsored articles, free products, and review requests from manufacturers — regardless of the amount offered.
We believe a commission should only ever be earned when an honest review genuinely helped a reader. Products that score poorly stay published with their poor scores, even if that costs us commissions. Reader trust is worth far more than short-term revenue.
About "Memochan"
After years working the floor of a consumer-electronics retailer, one lesson stuck: a spec sheet never tells you what a product is really like.
