1. We buy everything with our own money

2. Testing environment and equipment

Testing takes place in our home testing space in Tokyo (a dedicated room plus a living/dining/kitchen area). Rather than ideal lab conditions, we deliberately test for weeks in the kind of environment readers actually live in.
